Record lowest temperature in Hyderabad after eight years

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad on Saturday recorded minimum temperature of 9.9 degree Celsius after is witnessed 8.9 Celsius in 2010. According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the cold wave conditions will prevail in districts like Adilabad, Nirmal, Jagitial, Karimnagar, Sirpur Kagaznagar, Nizamabad and Mancherial.
The weather condition is expected to continue for two more days in the city, said the IMD adding the winds blowing from the Northern region was the reason for the decrease in the temperature.
