Congress party is geared up for the next elections: Uttam

Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president N, Uttam Kumar Reddy on Sunday said that the Congress party is geared up for the next elections and would emerge victorious. 

At a public meeting held in Nalgonda Lok Sabha constituency, the TPCC president said all leaders of the Congress in Telangana have been working to bring the party to power in the next elections.

Mr Uttam said there were clear indications of early assembly elections and they may be held in November or December. “Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao and the TRS government have cheated the people on several counts. People are desperately waiting for the elections to teach Mr Rao a fitting lesson. We should be active at all levels to ensure that we register a landslide victory,” he said.
